Kettlebell Fat Burning Workout

  First warm up with Joint Mobility
  Circuit 1 Set you timer for  30 seconds on and 30 seconds of rest
 
     Push Ups
     Squat with 1 Kettlebell
    2 Handed Swings
    Clean and Press Right
    Clean and Press Left
    2 Handed Swings
     
Repeat for 3 Sets
 
Circuit 2 Set you timer for 45 seconds on and 45 seconds of rest
 
 
    TRX Back Row or One Arm Row Left and Right
    Hand 2 Hand Swings
    Back Lunge Right Leg
    Back Lunge Left Leg
    Burpees
    Plank Hold
 
Repeat for 2-3 sets
